Patricia will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cleary and Margaret Cleary. She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Cary (Justin) and Jennifer (Ben); and her grandchildren, Elden, Audrey, Evangeline, Isla and Emily.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Knollcrest Funeral Home (1500 S Meyers Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 at the Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
