She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thompsen and Anne Thompsen (Catanzaro); her husband Donald Muscolino; her son Anthony S. Muscolino (Candace Golbeck); and her granddaughter Sophia Muscolino.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Partipilo (Joseph); her brother George Thompsen (Penny Johns); her grandchildren, Isabella Partipilo (Dylan Lein-Hellios), Samuel Partipilo and Anthony D. Muscolino; and her stepgrandchildren, Samantha Reichert (Gene) and Skylar Golbeck.
Per Phyllis's wishes, the family requests no flowers be sent, only kind words and fond memories.
