He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Ballschmiede and Marilyn J. Ballschmiede; and his daughters, Laura Waller and Lana DeShaw. He is survived by: his wife Kay M.; his grandchildren, Kody and Jesseca Mayfield; his great grandchild Adalyn; and his siblings, Richard Ballschmiede (Ruth), Susan Lazenby (Greg), Ron Ballschmiede (Carol), Randy Ballschmiede (Wendy) and Karri Klemmer (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews, as well as many good friends.
