He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Julius and Margaret Mary Witkowski (Cummings); and his siblings, Mary Coletta Witkowski Pollack (late Charles) and Frank Julius Witkowski (late Sue). He is survived by : his wife Janice M. Witkowski (Pretzel); his children, Daniel Witkowski (Lynn), Audrey Reda (Patrick) and Melissa Aversano (Donald Jr.); his grandchildren, Samantha, Austin, Emily, Madeline, Bailey, Donald III and Faith; and his sister Marcella Lehar (late Wayne).
