She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie A. Price and Susie Price (King); her former husband Charles I. Sandy; her husband Luther E. "Bus" Winkler; her son James Michael Sandy (Betty); and her siblings, Helen Marie Lively, Thelma Crosnoe, Leila Hickman, Rosetta Johnson, Mildred Bogdan, Lawrence A. Price and Donald E. Price.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Morales (Kenny) of Alhambra and Joyce Keeton (Jerry) of St. Mary's, Missouri; and her stepdaughter Janet Rittenhouse (Phillip) of Lockport, Illinois. She is also survived by seven granddaughters; nineteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Carol's honor to Wesley United Methodist Church.
