He is survived by: his parents, Frank Slifka and Alice Slifka (Kovaly) of Livingston, IL; his wife Stacy Slifka of Alhambra, IL; his son Webb M. Slifka of Alhambra, IL; and his brother Mark Slifka (Tanya) of Livingston, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, & cousins.
