He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernie and Mildred Lane. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Berry and Linda Lane Berry of Rock Island; his wife Katie Berry of Alpha; his children, Kylee, Audrey and Sawyer; his siblings, Mike Berry (Darcie) of Woodhull and Mindy Berry of Rock Island; his parents-in-law, Bart and Melissa Sorrells; and his siblings-in-law, Nicole Prine (Josh), Dillan Sorrells and Blake Sorrells (Autumn).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be left to the family, where a college fund will later be established for the Berry children.
