He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his daughters, Michelle Lowry (Shawn) and Kelli Fuhr (Dennis); his grandchildren, Maeve, Maggie, Emily, Michael and Brooke; his brother-in-law Charles Kropke (Laura); and his nieces and nephews, James, Ed, Jim, Dan, Sharon, Charles and Lauren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium (530 W Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440). A prayer will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (440 E Briarcliff Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440). The military honors will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
