She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Marlow and Lila Marlow (Remsburg); her husband Elmer Hampson; her stepson Kenneth Joseph Hampson; and her siblings, Phillip Marlow, Harold Marlow, William Marlow, Adelia Banning, Rosa Lee Seago, Janice Ernst and Launa Jackson.
She is survived by: her stepson James Elmer Hampson of Mendota, IL; and her sister Betty Marlow of Kell, IL. She is also survived by 4 step grandsons and one step granddaughter; several great step grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gieseking Funeral Home (208 N 2nd St, Altamont, IL 62411). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (10641 County Rd 300 E, Altamont, IL 62411).
