He is survived by: his father Roger Lee Frailey of Effingham; his wife Kim Frailey (Corbin) of Altamont; his sons, Devin Frailey (Hali) of Effingham and Cody Frailey of Effingham; his grandchildren, Reece Holbrook, Caden Frailey and Hayes Frailey; his sisters, Cheryl Ann LeClair (Eric) of Swansboro, NC and Susan Lynn Munday (Adam) of Kankakee, IL; his parents-in-law, James and Shirley Corbin of Altamont; his sister-in-law Lynn Crothers (Steve) of Vandalia; his nieces and nephews, Amber Boothby, Alyse Sharp, Jessica Ulmer (Scott), Aaron Boothby and Billy Sharp; and his great-nephews, Gavin Crubaugh, Scotty and Ulmer.
