She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Phillips and Lucille Phillips (Doty); her husband Harry Peters; her son Tommy Gene Peters; her brothers, Robert, Larry Phillips and Cecil Phillips; and her stepsiblings, Oren Lilly and Dolores Meyer.

She is survived by : her son Rick Peters (Robin) of Bakersfield, CA; her sisters, Opal Baker and Bonnie Kemme; and her stepbrother Bill Lilly of Crestview, FL. She is also survived by two grandchildren, four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Lutheran Care Center or the donor's choice.
