She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Paul and Elaine Lucille Hankins (Richter); and her husband Charles E. Voelker. She is survived by: her children, Todd Voelker (Denise) of Shumway, Troy Voelker (Lisa) of St. Elmo, Trevor Voelker (Tiffany) of St. Elmo and Timmerle Scholes (Kyle) of Altamont; and her brother Rick Hankins (Dorothy) of Shumway. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
