She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Milleville and Mildred Milleville (Beccue); her former husband Loren Alwardt; her husband Gerald Dall; her siblings, Larry Milleville and Doris Woehr; and her brother-in-law Larry Woehr.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Alwardt of Lowell, IN, Cory Alwardt of Phoenix, AZ and Valerie Lynn Fortner (Jeffrey); her brothers, Kenneth Milleville (Judy), Timothy Milleville (Deanna) of Wichita, KS and Randall Milleville (Rosa); her sister-in-law Patricia Milleville; and her grandchildren, Lauren Fortner and Kaylei Alwardt.
