He was predeceased by : his parents, Perry Jr. Myers and Phyllis Myers (Dial). He is survived by : his wife Peggy Brown; his children, Aaron Myers (Kris), Paul White (Lori) and Kendra Myers (Kyle Lewis); his siblings, Jim Myers (Judy) and Lynette Grant (Troy); his brother-in-law Steve Leitzell; and his grandchildren, Miranda, Dalton, Ethan, Austin, Robert, Kiah, Kesia and Sarah. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, or the donor's choice.
