She was predeceased by: her parents, Alf Koester and Catherine Koester (Keck); her husband Freddy William Goeckner; her siblings, Cletus Koester, Raymond Koester, Adolph Koester, Bernard Koester, Leonard Koester, Rita Brumleve (Gerald) and Alice Malcom (Richard); her grandson Benjamin Michael Conner; and her great grandchild Laney Jo Niebrugge.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Cheryl) of Altamont, Dennis (Kristie) of Altamont, Curt (Theresa) of Dieterich, Dean (Sharon) of Altamont, Jeanne Dasenbrock (Lloyd) of Sigel, Margie Meyer (Dave) of Teutopolis, Judy McClellan (Steve) of Sigel, Rosa Milleville (Randy) of Altamont, Karen Littleford (Jim) of Charleston, Vicki Conner (Michael) of Altamont, Peggy Bueker (Scott) of Sigel and Joyce Guse (Chris) of Mason; her brother Thomas F. Koester of Grantsville, Utah; and her sister-in-law Betty Koester of Effingham. She is also survived by 51 grandchildren and 86 great grandchildren.
