It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Dale Pagel of Altamont, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Pagel and Ines Pagel (Evans); and his brothers, Harley, Bobby, Jackie Keith, Mark Herman, Thomas Wayne and Gary Allen.
He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Sue Jenkins of John's Lutheran Church; his daughter Miranda Danielle; his pet Lucky Pagel of Altamont; his grandsons, Dalton Davis of Effingham and Deken Pagel of Effingham; and his siblings, Richard Pagel, Gerald Pagel, Clarence Pagel Jr., Daniel Pagel, Michael Pagel, Judy Crosier, Carolyn Campton and Janice Wallace. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, and nieces.
