With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur F. Garrett of Alton, Illinois, born in Ansonia, Ohio, who passed away on August 6, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garrett and Rowena Garrett (Westfall). He is survived by: his wife Carol James; his children, Dr. Christina Levi (Thatcher), Carla Abel (Dan) and Brian Garrett (Donna); and his grandchildren, Jessica Rickard (Cory), Ashley Huether, Cera Thorton (Keith), Alayna Abel, Hannah Abel, Ellanore Levi and Gabriel Levi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and good friends.

Memorials are suggested to 5A's in Alton.
