She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Dickerson and Wilburtine Dickerson (Hickman); her brother Carl M. Dickerson; her son Bryant E. Crawford; and her grandson Donell Dion Morgan.
She is survived by: her husband Edward; her pet Tootsie; and her sister Janet M. Westfall. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, a bountiful number of great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
