Catherine Bockstruck Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Bockstruck of Alton, Illinois, born in Gardiner, Maine, who passed away on September 23, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Allen Wren and Esther Marie Wren (Green); her husband Herman Nirsch Bockstruck; her siblings, Merrill, Merle, Carl Wren and Frances Marden; her siblings-in-law, Earl, Robert Bockstruck, Shirley Bockstruck, Lesta Wren and Suzanne McAllister; her daughter Brenda Parish; and her nephew Gary Bockstruck.

She is survived by: her daughter Laura Wolverton (Robert) of Washington, DC; her children-in-law, Richard Parish of Wichita Falls, Texas and Pamela Bockstruck of East Alton, Illinois; her grandsons, Matthew Bockstruck of East Alton, Illinois, Christopher Parish of Rio Grande, Ohio, Cody Parish of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Colter Parish of Dallas, Texas; and her brother Donn Wren (Ann) of Punta Gorda, Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
