He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Raymond Flanagan and Phyllis Eileen Flanagan (Dugger); and his brothers, Keith Flanagan and Kent Flanagan. He is survived by: his daughters, Jana McDonald (Joe) of Godfrey, Jeni Flanagan of Alton and Jami Garcia of Alton; his grandchildren, Josh, Madison, Jordyn, Karson, Ava, Bre'anna, Robbie, Cooper, Lailah and Jaydin; and his brothers, Kevin Flanagan of Alton and Patrick Flanagan of Alton. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to his daughters, Jana McDonald or Jeni Flanagan, to help cover cremation expenses.
