He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Kamp and Henrietta Kamp (Hughes); and his sister Karen Underkofler. He is survived by: his brother Dr. Bradley Kamp (Nilgun) of Tampa, Florida; his nephew Gerald Bennett (Sarah); his nieces, Amy Kamp and Lydia Kamp; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Juliet and Charlie.
