He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Rose Smith (Purcell) and Lloyd Reed, Jr.; and his sister Bonnie Kaimann. He is survived by: his daughter Angelique Reed; and his siblings, Lloyd L. Reed of Alton, Kevin Reed (Rosemary) of Brighton, IL, Jeffrey Reed (Alicia) of Bonsall, CA and Jennifer Cooper (David) of Otterville, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Paynic Home For Funerals (618 E Airline Dr, East Alton, IL 62024).
