He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cunningham and Myrl Cunningham (Mathis); and his brother Gerald Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Wells; his children, Mark Cunningham of Brighton and Susan Shipman (Derrick) of Rosewood Heights; his stepsons, Dathan Brooks of Edwardsville and Travis Brooks of Springfield, MO; his sisters, Jeannine Sackmann (Matt) of Jerseyville, Valeria Goodall (Pat) of Carrollton, IL and Lesa Lee (Scot) of Wrights, IL; his parents-in-law, David and Mary Wells of Godfrey; and his brothers-in-law, David Wells (Iris) of Godfrey, Terry Wells (Julie) of Alton and Kevin Wells (Penny) of Meadowbrook. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
