He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Howard and Martha Howard (Moore); and his sister Joann. He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Amanda Howard) and Patrick (Wendy Howard); his grandchildren, Ethan, Sean, Anna, Joe (Courtney), Zakk (Sara), Justin (Megan), Nathaniel, Gabriel, Jaxon and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Lucas, Nova and Acelynn.
Memorials are suggested to Emmanuel Free Methodist Church and will be accepted at the services.
