He was predeceased by : his parents, Elizabeth Ragsdale (Murphy) and Floyd Ragsdale. He is survived by : his wife Meredith (Smith) of Kirkwood; his children, Lynda Davey, Alan Ragsdale and Phillip Ragsdale; his children-in-law, Tim Davey and Samantha Ragsdale; his grandchildren, Sam Davey, Sara Davey, Ava Ragsdale and Tucker Ragsdale; his sister Ellen Ann Hopkins; and his nephews, Jonathan, Beau and Cabell Hopkins.
