He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza E. Neese and Lola L. Neese (Killebrew); his wife Carolyn; and his siblings, Byron Neese, Kenneth Neese and Beatrice Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Gary L. Neese, Jr. (Tammy) and Carol Vernatti (Mitch); his granddaughters, Emarey Washington (Jaylen) and Taylor Neese Ables (Alex); and his stepchildren, Kenny Lucey and Penny Bruhl.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Godfrey Cemetery (732 Mulberry St, Godfrey, IL 62035).
Memorials may be to the Alzheimer Association.
