He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith; his children, Bob Stauffer of Wood River and Sheila Mayer (Mike) of Alton; his grandchildren, Ashley Fenoglio (Michael), Cody R. Stauffer (Roxie Strohbeck) and Casey L. Stauffer; and his sisters, Joyce Stilwell and Beverly Conger.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
