She was predeceased by: her parents, Varney Celsor and Mary Celsor (Shackelford); her husband Wayne Horn; her siblings, Harmon Celsor, Helen (Roy Robinson), Loyd (Marie Celsor), Ned (Clyde Celsor), Don (Rose Celsor), Dewey (Dorothy Celsor), Edsel (Fern Celsor), Lucille (Fay Young), Revely (Ione Celsor) and Webb (Maxine Celsor); her sister-in-law June Celsor; her parents-in-law, Mona and Lester Horn; and her sister-in-law Mary Brandon.
She is survived by: her children, Eva Downey (Harold) of Alton, IL and Joe Horn of Alton, IL; her grandchildren, Aimee Partl and Kirk Downey (Farrah); her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob Partl, Kyline Downey (Matt Kohler), Tyler Downey, Austin, Tanner and Abby Wessler; her great great grandchildren, Wyatt Downey and Nolan Kohler; and her brothers, Willie Celsor (Doris) and Jimmy Celsor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
