He was predeceased by: his father James Vernon Cleveland. He is survived by: his girlfriend Michelle Parsons; his children, Karrah Cleveland and Cody Carpenter; his grandsons, Parker James of Alton and Shane Anthony of Alton; and his siblings, Joey Cleveland of Brighton, IL, Shelton Hipsher of South Roxana, IL, Jason Cooper of Milton, FL, Terah Morehead (Randy) of Brighton and Kelly Barton of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in Michelle's name.
