It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Henry Hand (Alton, Illinois), who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald E. Hand and Emma Marie Hand (Peterson); his sisters, Linda Madison, Jane Baker and Melody Myers; and his former life partner Shirly Joyce Hand.
He is survived by : his siblings, Carol Williams (Kenny) of Alton and Allen "Micky" Hand (Rena) of Medera, CA.; and his stepchildren, Alan E. Loyd of Odin, IL, Peggy S. Erles (David) of Centralia, IL and Laura J. Mathis (Jack) of Centralia, IL.
