With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jeffrey Romano of Alton, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his niece Jamie "Nikki" Short. He is survived by: his parents, Franklin Romano and Barbara Romano (Buckner) of Bethalto; his wife Cheryl Patterson; his siblings, Julie Romano (Jeff Sedlacek) of Edwardsville and Gregory Romano (Kellie) of Bethalto; his children, Ethan Romano and Emily Romano of Indianapolis, IN; his stepson David Rauschkolb (Tricia); his stepgrandchildren, Hayden, Piper and Ryder; his stepson Adam Rauschkolb (Rebecca); and his siblings' children, Zach Romano (Alana), Katie Milford and Lily Romano. He is also survived by many close friends and family member.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bethalto American Legion.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to 5A's.
