He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Everitt II and Renee Everitt (Brackie); his wife Dora "Dee Dee" Berry; his son Jerome Paul Payne; and his brother Walter Everitt III.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ann Everitt of Norfolk and Arron Walter Payne (Judy) of St. Charles, MO; his granddaughters, Emma and Genevieve; and his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Lynn (Jim) and Mary Jane Berry.
