She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tammy G. Forsythe of Godfrey and Christopher L. Curtis of Rensselaer, IN.; her children, Bentley Forsythe, Peyton Garrett and Kynzleigh Forsythe; and her brother Kyle C. Curtis.
