He is survived by: his parents, Jamey Bollinger of Brighton and Jami Fairfax of Lincoln, IL.; his daughter Aila Bollinger; the mother of his child Olivia Mayden of Alton; his brothers, Dylan Bollinger of Alton, Tobin Faulkner of Virginia and Aidyn Faulkner of South Korea; his grandparents, Tina Bollinger of Brighton, Mark, Nancy Leady of Alton, John and Billie Coggins of Kimberling City, MO.; his uncles, Jacobi Coggins of Brighton, Josh, Brad Kimble (Amanda Fairfax) of Jerseyville, Brian, Joe Missey of St. Jacob, IL and Mark Leady Jr. of Godfrey; and his aunt Krystal Coggins of Brighton. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
