She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Samuel and Helen Dorthy Scheibe (Moore); her husband Robert Allen Piggott; her grandchild Regan Jones; her brother Leonard; her sister-in-law Wilma Scheibe; and her sister Ramona Scheibe.
She is survived by: her children, Judieth A. Piggott Jones (late Michael) of Alton, Sandra Piggott Conrad (Ron) of Brighton and Gary Piggott (Betty) of Bethalto; and her grandchildren, Ian, Ryan, Jason, Renee, Lora, Leslie and Brianne. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gent Funeral Home (2409 State St, Alton, IL 62002). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ingersoll Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Pet Food Pantry at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Alton or the American Cancer Society.
