She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Cleveland and Alma Rose Jones (Mason); her husband John F. Harbaugh, Sr.; her fiancé Robert "Bob" Dizmang; her son Stephen Link; and her grandson Mason Harbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Wiegand (Dustin) of Wood River, Rosey Jones of Alton, Janet Oettle (Eric) of Alton, Christopher Dizmang, Amanda Harbaugh of Alton, John Harbaugh (Stacey) of Alton and Anna Dizmang-Jones of Alton; her siblings, Brenda Powers of Troy, IL and James "Jimmy" Jones, Jr. (Sherlene) of Missouri; and her grandchildren, CeeCee Jackson (Dylan), Brior Wiegand (Megan), Abby McLemore (William), Makayla Graham (Teddy), Xavior Jones, Eian Harbaugh, Rosa Jones, Katie Wiegand, James Harbaugh, Peyton Wiegand, Mia Wiegand, Quinn Wiegand, Jerzee Wiegand and Loretta Wiegand. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Homes - Bethalto (727 E Bethalto Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010).
