She is survived by: her father James "Jimmy" Griggs, Sr.; her children, Whitney (Marlon) and Chancellor; her granddaughters, Wren, Marley and Laila; and her siblings, James Griggs, Jr., Brian Griggs (Sherdonna), Jeremy Griggs and Cheryl "Shug" Griggs Hammonds. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
