Lonnie Cravens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lonnie Cravens of Alton, Illinois, who passed away on September 4, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cravens and Verneda Cravens (Hausman); his wife Virginia "Ginger" Cravens; his daughters, Kelly Cravens and Valorie Davies (Wheeler); and his sisters, Barbara Kempf, Donna Green, Connie Goode and Linda Woodfin.
He is survived by: his son Todd Cravens; his stepsons, John and Scott Dixon; and his grandchildren, Brandon Wheeler, Sarah White, Hannah Dyer and Austin Cravens. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Vitas Hospice Program.
