He is survived by: his children, Annie Beth McCormick of Carbondale, IL and Sam McCormick of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Sharon Swiney (Allen) of Palm Bay, FL and Scott McCormick (Joni) of Alton; his sisters-in-law, Gayle Lindsay of Granite City and Donna McCormick of Godfrey; his brother Jon; his sister-in-law Stacey Teutrine; and his parents-in-law, Don and Pat Teutrine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
