She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edwin and Lula Wilson Davis; her husband Ralph Franklin McClain; her sons, Ralph Franklin McClain and Jed Franklin McClain; and her grandson Andrew Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Youngblood (Jim) of Godfrey, IL, Tanya Collins (Greg) of Springfield, IL and Bart McClain (Louetta) of Cockeysville, MD; her daughter-in-law Sally McClain of St. Louis; her grandchildren, Mary Ann Vahl (Mike), Chris Youngblood, Sara Sitz (Rich), Hunter McClain (Trey), McClain Thompson (Elizabeth), Samuel Thompson (Liza), Hadley Murphy (Ian), Morgan Chappell (Cameron) and Anna Caraffa (Dominic); and her great grandchildren, Marni, Carson, Lucy Vahl, Will, Joe Youngblood, Andrew, Emma, Nora Sitz, Sophie Thompson, Jo Thompson, Jackson, Ellason, Greyson, Crimson Chappell, Hannady and Larkin Caraffa.
The family thanks the staff at Cedarhurst of Godfrey who cared for her patiently and lovingly the past five years and especially during the isolation of the pandemic.
