She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Perkins and Woodford Perkins; her son Michael Rice; and her husband Dick Adam. She is survived by: her sisters, Priscilla Renner and Shonna Bennett (Tom); her cousin Lesta Lamb (Ric); her children, Jennifer Rice (Tom Coriell), David Adam (Melany Nitsche), Lisa Plunkett (Michael), Clay Adam (Kristina) and Karen Adam; her grandchildren, Alicia Rice (Adam Kitowski), Gabriel Moynihan (Nick), Jacob Coriell, Natalie Coriell, Staci Doolin (Joe), Brent Adam, Adam Beckman and Ella Adam; her great grandchildren, Louna and Birdie; her nephews, Barry Temple (Judy) and Brian Temple (Melissa); and her close friends, Carole Cross and Mary Bob Crouson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Dementia Society of America.
