She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Phelan and Angela Phelan (Kienzy); and her husband Paul Perica. She is survived by: her son Pete Moore (Kristen) of St. Peters, MO; and her grandchildren, Andrew and Addison Moore.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gent Funeral Home (2409 State St, Alton, IL 62002).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
