He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Pace and Lillian Doris Pace. He is survived by: his wife Christine Pace; his siblings, Linda Kreitner (Daniel), Roger Pace (Karen), David Pace (Linda Sue) and Annette Bartow (Brad); his daughters, Tammy Wernsman (Scott), Lisa Pace, Debbie Pace and Julie Goodman (Bill); his grandchildren, Andrew Mikulay, Adam Milkulay, Trevor Goodman (Jade), Emily Goodman and Amber Goodman; and his great grandchildren, Athena Howard, McKenna Howard and Paisley Goodman.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Schaaf Funeral Home (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
