He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Patrick and Eva Marie Witcher (Behnen); and his brothers, William "Bill" Witcher and Richard "Rick" Witcher. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Weller; his daughter Melissa A. Witcher of Alton; his grandson Corey A. Tarrant; and his close friends, Randy Fox of Alton and Dave Gibbons of Kansas City.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
