She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Burns and Marian Burns (Damms); her children, Douglas Carl Dugan, Tracey Sue Dugan and Frances Caroline Dugan; and her sister-in-law Juanita Dugan.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Wayne Dugan. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Paynic Home For Funerals (618 E Airline Dr, East Alton, IL 62024).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the 5A's Animal Aid Association in Godfrey, Illinois.
