She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Lockwood and Bernadine Lillian Porter (Drexilous); and her brother Kenneth Porter. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas H. Winsel; and her siblings, Charles Porter of Cottage Hills, Shirley Springman of Godfrey and Beverly Bauser of Godfrey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (1327 Vaughn Rd #1890, Wood River, IL 62095). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
