She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Irvin, and Opal Irvin, Sr. (Seehausen). She is survived by: her son Erik O'Neal, Sr.; her grandson Erik O'Neal, Jr.; and her brother Ernest "Sonny" Irvin, Jr. (Carolyn) of Godfrey.
