He is survived by: his parents, Charles Vencen Hughes and Rebecca Tipton (Rayman); his daughters, Hannah Grace, Gabrielle Ryleigh and TJ; his brother Justin Hughes; his stepbrothers, Albert and Dave Carreon; his siblings-in-law, Manuel Spraggs (April), Justin Spraggs and Tonya Spraggs; his close friends, Jacki Lottes Webber, Rodger Wilson, Stephen Orlando and José Oseguera; his nieces and nephews, Mary, Ethan, Aubrey, Alyssa, Charity of Jaylen, JJ, Chloe, Claire, Jackson, Cece, Emma, Davin, Brexlee, Connor and Vincent; and his daughters, Bank and Adams Pkwy of Alton, IL. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, and parents.
