He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bazzell and Freda J. Bazzell (Miller); and his brother Don Bazzell. He is survived by: his sisters, Dale Bazzell of Warrenton, MO and Paula Harvey (Bob) of Montgomery, TX; his nieces and nephews, Corey Bazzell (Becky), Kristin Leavy (Nick), Mike Bazzell (Julie), Lauren Bazzell, Casey Bazzell, Alex Reed (Phil) and Blake Harvey (Carline); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Micah, Levi, Remy, Gage, Ashley and Sam; Oliver.
