He was predeceased by: his father Brian Kilgore; and his grandfather John Kilgore. He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Walton (Daniel); his siblings, Adam Welker, Erin Welker, Serenity Walton, Wyatt Walton, Christian Walton and Anastasia Walton; his grandparents, Charles, Linda Cremeens, Pat Kilgore, Linda Fosdick and Milford Quillen; and his uncles, Brian Cremeens (Glenda) and Ethan.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rock Church (20 Poland Rd, Danville, IL 61832). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rock Church youth program where Ethan was a member.
